Coconut Shrimp Recipe

This baked Coconut Shrimp recipe can be very appealing to the taste buds.

Coconut Shrimp Recipe 
 
Coconut Shrimp Recipe Ingredients:

2 egg whites
1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 teaspoon cumin
3/4 cup flaked coconut
1 clove garlic, minced
pepper
24 large shrimp, peeled, deveined, butterflied
olive oil spray for baking
 
Coconut Shrimp Recipe Directions:

Preheat oven to 500 and spray a baking sheet with olive oil spray.

Beat egg whites in bowl. Mix breadcrumbs, cumin, coconut, garlic and pepper in a utensil.

Dip shrimp in eggwhites, then dip and coat with breadcrumb mixture. Lay shrimp on baking sheet, bake about 6 minutes per side until golden brown.

Serve hot.
